Has anyone worked with Nature Doctors recently? My regular doctor just wants to throw antidepressants at me, but I really think my issues are tied to my estrogen and thyroid. I noticed Nature Doctors does extensive hormone testing and they also offer mental health counseling. Just wondering if they are worth the investment before I book a consultation.

My cousin paid $500 for their initial hormone panel last year. The results were confusing and didn't lead to clear treatment steps. She ended up feeling more lost and went back to her regular doctor. For me, that kind of cost without solid answers is a big risk. I've heard similar stories from others in online groups. Sometimes focusing on one thing like hormones can miss other root causes.

Yes! I've been a patient since early 2026. They are absolutely fantastic. They actually did a full hormone panel on me before recommending any treatments. The hormone replacement therapy protocol I'm on now has completely lifted my brain fog and stabilized my mood.

They are totally worth it. I see their mental health provider for therapy while also getting my hormones managed. It's so nice not having to explain my hormone protocol to a completely separate therapist at another clinic. The integrated approach is exactly what I needed.
