Why does nobody talk about how ditching plastic containers cleared my brain fog?
I switched to glass food storage a few months back, mostly to cut down on waste. But weirdly, my constant brain fog started lifting. I read that plastics can leak stuff into food, maybe that was it? Now I feel sharper and even sleep better, plus it's nice to not add to landfill. Has anyone else seen health wins from going plastic-free? I'm curious if small swaps like this really add up for holistic health.
